Ahlgrens Bilar 125g

Ahlgrens Bilar are the pastel candy cars that Swedes grew up on, and the joke at home is that they are the best-selling car in Sweden. The texture is the reason they last: a firm foam chew that gives and then springs back, nothing like an American marshmallow. Three colors, one flavor family, and a shape every Swedish child can draw from memory. The label lists gelatin and carmine, so they are not vegetarian, with color otherwise from chlorophyll copper complex. Original 125g bag.
